The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Fira, making it easy to explore the island. Our room was cozy and clean, equipped with useful amenities like a fridge, kettle, and ironing facilities. Enjoyed breakfast served right in our room, offering convenience each morning. Staff support was noteworthy when they assisted with navigating local transportation options. However, noise levels from the corridor and nearby rooms disrupted our sleep, which was frustrating. The plumbing issues mentioned by others seemed to be present as the toilet had some quirks. Overall, it felt like a decent stay with both perks and challenges.

The location of Central Fira Suites is exceptional, just steps from central Fira with easy access to shops and stunning caldera views. The friendly staff, especially Regina, provided helpful tips and made our stay delightful and convenient each day.

I was absolutely delighted to stay in such a 'luxurious' room, but the noise levels were unbearable, I could hear every single footstep, and the emergency exit light shone like a beacon. I expected at least a complimentary gift for all that disruption, but I guess that was asking too much, wasn't it? Could've been great, but just couldn't.

Our stay was severely hampered by noise issues. You could hear every step or conversation from the neighbors, making sleep nearly impossible. Additionally, the staff's unwillingness to assist with our luggage was frustrating, especially since there were numerous steps leading to our room without help available.

Central Fira Suites has an excellent location in the heart of Fira, just a few minutes' walk to the bus station and the stunning caldera views. Our Deluxe Double Room was spacious, equipped with comfortable amenities like a king-size bed, a fridge, and a rain shower. Breakfast delivered to our room for just 5€ was a delightful start to our days!

My family enjoyed a lovely stay! The room was clean with nice amenities and we appreciated the early check-in. The breakfast was tasty, but I wish it had a bit more variety.

Loved the central location, right in the thick of it! The room was super modern and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Quite handy that it was clean. I appreciated the lovely lady who took care of it!

However, the bathroom decided to be a bit damp—thank you, humidity! The air conditioner was shy and played hard to get. it only worked when it felt like it.

Great hotel with excellent air conditioning, wi-fi, and tv. The staff helped me print tickets on my first stay. I recommend using their luggage storage before heading out. I’ll be back for my city break!
